This section will guide you through the key features of Service solutions, provide a quick introduction to the product, and help you navigate to the article that interests you. For more details on Service solutions, refer to the article.

Report Builder

The report builder is powered by the FastReport .NET report generation library. It allows you to create reports and documents based on predefined templates.

Private Cloud

The entire infrastructure is located within the customer's network. Flexible document and report generation management with consideration for the company's security policies.

Template and Report Management

Service solution allows you to store templates and reports in a virtual file system. All standard file operations are available: upload, copy, rename, and move.

Sharing

Templates, reports, and other files can be shared via a link. A person accessing the file through the link can have minimal rights, such as read-only access to the file, or permission to edit it through the Online Designer.

A detailed description of this feature will be provided later.

Collaborative work

Multiple users can be added to a workspace, allowing each user to access workspace resources: templates, reports, data sources, and other resources.

Permissions System

A flexible permissions system allows you to set different levels of access for team members or groups. For example, one user group might be able to create new reports in the designer, while another group might be able to build and print PDF reports from templates.

Data Sources

Data sources can be created directly within the Service solution infrastructure. A pre-configured data source is included in the report template. You can also connect to MySql, MsSql, PostgreSQL, OracleDB, Json, XML, CSV, and other sources directly from the report itself.

Online Designer

Report templates can be created and edited on any platform, even from a mobile device.
